Good point processor. I had not looked at the album for years was looking at my collection and found it. I tried to scan it but it didnt look good so I took a picture of it. It was the best I could get.

This is maria Muldaur a singer. This was an album cover. There were some that thought she was a witness or studying. Others said it was her poking fun at 1975 using the 1968 Later Than you Thing Awake. personally I think it was the latter. stuck in

A Beloved and Compassionate Elder Trapped in a Cult Just Died , What should I do?
by TastingFreedom ini just heard the sad news that a very loving and kind elder for the congregation that i belonged to for 15 years just died from a heart attack.
he was someone that i had great admiration and deep respect for, even now that i'm out from the jws.
he was my mentor and an inspiration to me as an elder, and in many ways he showed me the contradictions of the wts, he was a breath of fresh air within a cult.

If it's at the KH it is a public meeting and they can not stop you from attending as long as you do not make a scene. Just go quietly and pay your respects that is what I would do. Stuck In

DO WE NEED TO BELONG TO A RELIGION TO BE A "SPIRITUAL PERSON"?
by foodalls ini have been noticing people posting on this site have a "deep" spiritual desire, but don't quite know how to find it, or where it is at.. this beg the question...do we need to be involved with a "religion" to find "spirituality"...especially an "organized religion"???.
anyone that has there eyes open can see that all religion is loosing their influence over people around the world...i spent 47 years thinking i was in the "truth" being one of jw's!
and now that i am out...and looking back from the "outside"...all i see is that its just another religion...filled with all the "control-grid" stuff found in any other group.. worse yet...they are worse than other religions...so it begs an answer..is there such thing as a "true religion"???.
